While social media is a great way kill time, it also comes with its fair share of downsides. It has become a space for massive trolling, especially for celebrities. Anything and everything they do is under the scrutinising eyes of netizens and they do not let anything go unnoticed.
Recently, the tragic demise of Sushant Singh Rajput sparked an outrage on the topic of nepotism. His fans have been speculating that he went into depression after losing out on many movies and was not given the due he deserved. They even dug up old videos to prove how Bollywood bigwigs ignored Sushnat’s presence. Now, the latest victim of trolling is superstar Salman Khan.
On June 27, Salman took to Twitter to share and support his friend Sushmita Sen’s new web-series, Aarya. He tweeted, “Swagat toh karo Aarya ka! What a comeback and what a show! Congratulations @Sushmitasen47 aur dher saara pyaar!”
But looks like netizens weren’t impressed with this at all and they trolled the actor for promoting nepotism. Have a look:
For the unversed, Sushant was found hanging at his Bandra residence on June 14. According to reports, he was suffering from depression from the last six months. His sudden demise left all his fans and the whole entertainment industry in shock.
