Actor Sonu Sood has been tirelessly working to help stranded migrant workers get to their homes ever since the nationwide lockdown was announced in March. While the lockdown ended on May 31, he continues to help migrant workers and people stuck abroad to reach their homes.
Sonu has helped thousands of migrant laborers and has been dubbed a ‘superhero’ by social media for his generosity. He also launched a helpline number to help migrants. He is also providing employment to those who lost their jobs during the pandemic and has become a messiah to many.
Stand-up comedian Atul Khatri believes that the audience won’t accept the actor as a villain anymore. Taking to his Twitter account, Atul wrote, “Me thinks @SonuSood will never ever be able to play the role of a villian again in a movie. The audience will rightfully never accept it.”
To which, Sonu responded saying, “Time to play New Innings bhai.”
Soon the tweet was flooded with different reactions. Some agreed with the comedian and some suggested that the audience will accept Sonu in every role he will portray. Also, there were many who trolled Atul Khatri for not being funny enough in his tweets. Have a look at some of the reactions:
