Ever-since, actor Sushant singh Rajput’s mysterious death has taken place , his fans have always stood for the justice. His tragic death has put his near and dear ones in sorrow and almost everyone blamed the prevailing nepotism of one the glamours industry called Bollywood.
When filmmaker Karan Johar and many Bollywood actors were blamed for their arrogant behaviour and tagged as the product of nepotism, actor Sonam Kapoor, being one of the star kid, was trolled brutally by social media users. Recently, Sonam opened up about the online hate she has been receiving.
Recently, in an interview, Sonam Kapoor opened up about how her past 3 months have been very difficult . She quoted: “I had some stressful times in the last three or four months, mentally. There is a lot of stuff that happens on social media, there is a lot of hate and talk of a lot of things. It put me in a very low and negative space. But now I am much better.”
Sonam Kapoor, just like many other celebrities has switched off her comments section on social media in order to filter out some of the trolling. Talking about the same, Sonam said: “Yes I’ve switched off my comment section and my parents comment section because I don’t want my 64 year old parents to go through this. They did nothing to deserve this. And I’m not doing it out of fear you morons I’m doing it out of common sense to preserve my mental health and my parents,”
Recently, Sonam Kapoor had also shown her support to the veteran actress Jaya Bachchan after her recent ‘Thali mei cheddh’ speech in the parliament. Praising her, Sonam wrote: “I want to be her when I grow up…,”
Many Bollywood actors have been on the radar of netizens and got slammed left, right and centre, being a part of Bollywood fraternity.
