Bollywood actor Sonu Sood has been in the news ever since the coronavirus lockdown began for helping migrant workers reach home and providing food and jobs to the needy people. He has emerged out as the true hero in this time of distress. Since then, many people applauded him for his noble deed.
Recently, a Twitter user posted a photo where he kept a portrait of Sonu Sood at the temple corner in his house. Tagging PM Narendra Modi, he wrote in Hindi,
“Respected Prime Minister, It is our wish as Indians that- the way amid COVID crisis, Sonu Sood has extended support to the poor, migrants, students and every person in need – for the true hero of the country, we ask you to honour him with the Bharat Ratna Award.”
When Sonu came through the post, he retweeted it along with a folded hands emoji.
Recently, the actor shared a series of tweets expressing his concerns over schools stopping online classes of students for not paying the fees on time. The actor spoke about students who were deprived of education because of their poor financial conditions.
